Class Description:
Uncover the mysteries of the simple, ancient cooking vessels known as tagines. Your journey will take you through Morocco to better understand the subtleties of this traditional way of preparing stews. In the tagine, slow-roasted meats and vegetables with exotic spice blends are transformed into moist, luscious stews that will transport you to another time and place.

Note – you do not require a tagine for this class, but you will need a fairly wide, deep, heavy-bottomed pot with a lid.

Our virtual classes are personal, fun, and interactive. We provide the Zoom invitation link, a grocery list, a recipe booklet, as well as a list of equipment and tools that you will need for the class.

If you would like us to do the shopping for you, you can add groceries to your class registration. Recipe kits will include ingredients to make the recipes for two people, and will be available for pick-up in the store, or curbside, 24 hours prior to the class.
