This two-day class features the breads of your dreams - heavenly breakfast treats like croissants, brioche, Danish, scones and cinnamon buns. They take a little time to rise, be folded or shaped, then rise again - but once each dough is well on its way, it lends itself to all kinds of mouth-watering variations.
