Come join celebrate Lobster season with a cooking class designed to teach you how to be a pro with this delicacy from the ocean. Learn everything from how to properly process them, to make use of every part, and to create a menu inspired by lobster!

Guests will work in groups of two and make Lobster Bisque and Lobster Thermidor.

The menu will also feature an appetizer and dessert, to be selected closer to the date.
