This collection of recipes includes her grandma Madelon’s flaky pastry, her great aunt Maud’s Yorkshire puddings, and her great-grandmother Cora’s beloved butter tarts. It is a reminder of how food, and the experience of being fed, can bring us back to a time and place, and to the people who love us.
