Class Description:
Cheese and charcuterie have become essentials for entertaining. In this class, chef Adam will walk you through the main categories of cheese styles (fresh, blue, bloomy rind, washed rind, semi-soft, and firm) and how to pair those cheeses with the other items on your board. He will also demo some cutting and presentation methods for the meat and cheese as well. For the hands-on component of the class, guests will learn how to make their own pickles, herbed berry compote, and duck rillettes.
