Class Description:
In this class, we will demonstrate the preparation of a few different types of sausage. We will show you how to grind the meat and properly season the mixture. We will also show you how to stuff sausages on a commercial sausage stuffer and, time permitting, with a Kitchen-Aid attachment. Working in small groups, guests will get the chance to practice in the class, and we will include recipes for a couple of accompaniments. Registration in this class includes a light lunch with your choice of beer or wine pairing, as well as some sausages to take home.
