Class Description:
Before you read further, please note that this specialty dinner will feature the cooking of Sarah Boucher (of Piglet, Metrovino, and Cookbook Co. fame), paired with wines selected and presented by Al Drinkle (Metrovino's resident recluse and human Riesling solera)... it's going to be extremely delicious and only slightly less entertaining

The evening itself will be a celebration of farmers—of both food and wine—who have dedicated themselves to thoughtful and holistic approaches to their trade, in turn influencing us to reconsider our relationship with food and drink. "Sustainable" is possibly the most abused word in the agricultural industry, and yet abiding by the intrinsic meaning of the term might help ensure the availability of healthful ingredients for the eaters and drinkers of tomorrow.

Join Sarah and Al for a delectable five-course meal, along with "from the field" anecdotes, that honour the tenets of these farming heroes.

Respectfully, we cannot accommodate guests with allergies or dietary restrictions at this event.

Please note this is a sit-down dinner, as opposed to a hands-on cooking class.
