Guests in this class will make and enjoy Baked Salmon and Classic Hollandaise Sauce served with a Green Salad in a Wild Vinaigrette. The remaining menu items will include a variety of make-and-take items, including a Spice Rub, Barbecue Sauce, and a Fig and Balsamic Glaze.
