Class Description:
On this September evening, let us transport you to the South of France. For over 22 years, Gail Norton and Judy Wood have hosted groups of adventurous travellers to experience food and wine in the Languedoc—the land that gives us some of the most pleasurable and affordable wines to enjoy, not to mention cassoulet, a plenitude of poultry, pork and lamb, legumes galore, tender delicate produce, cream, and butter.

Respectfully, we cannot accommodate guests with allergies or dietary restrictions at this event.

Please note this is a sit-down dinner, as opposed to a hands-on cooking class.
