Who doesn’t love pizza? Lonny Balbi is a certified pizzaiolo and will teach you the secrets to making your own fresh dough, sauce, and selecting unique toppings. Homemade pizza never tasted so good! Add a glass or two of Prosecco to the evening, and you have the perfect night. Buon appetito!

Guests in this class will make and enjoy a pizza and a salad in the class, and make a second pizza to take home. Lonny will also provide an appetizer of homemade focaccia, as well as a dessert pizza!
