Class Description:
In honour of the world class festival in Healdsburg, California (celebrating 19 years this year!), we have created a class to bring two matches made in heaven: Pigs and Pinot! This class will include a variety of dishes featuring delicious iterations of pork, and each course will be paired with a lovely Pinot wine from Metrovino. Respectfully, we cannot accommodate vegetarians in this class.
