Tuesday was booked, so call it Taco Monday instead, because if it were left up to us there would be room for tacos on every day of the week. In this class, chef Luis will teach a variety of flavourful ways to fill a fresh, warm tortilla. Never again will you feel that tearing open a yellow packet of 'taco spice' is your only option.

In this class, guests will make a few different fillings for tacos, along with some sides. Sips will include a mezcal cocktail as well as your choice of a glass of wine or beer.
