Have you ever tried Chinese hand-pulled noodles? They are delicious! Have you ever tried making them? It looks so fun… and a little intimidating. Join Ching as she teaches you the fundamentals of this technique. She will demonstrate how to make the dough and the proper way to twist, stretch, and fold the dough into strands, using the weight of the dough. Guests will work with premade dough to make their own noodles in the class, resulting in a delicious bowl of Dan Dan Noodles, and also make a batch of dough to take home. Remember: practice makes progress!
