Riesling can be made into a beautifully diverse selection of styles, each reflecting their terroir, vintage, and the guiding hand of the winemaker. Affectionately referred to as 'the altruistic foster parent' of the food and wine pairing world, examples sing when paired with classic German fare, crispy roast pork, summer vegetables, and of course, Southeast Asian food. 

The exotic spice and heat of the food coming from Southeast Asia requires a wine that has fruit, acidity, and often a little kiss of sweetness to help offset the chili heat. Join Sarah and Al as they explore the sour, salty, spicy, herbal nuances of Southeast Asian food, and pair Riesling to go along with it.
