The Cookbook Co. Cooks strives to be as fair as possible on all the shipping costs.

For online orders, we ship FedEx Ground service. In the event that you need it sooner, we can ship via FedEx Express service.

We only ship within Canada.

Our shipping and handling flat rates are:

If you only order a Gift Certificate, shipping and handling is FREE.

Oversized, fragile or overweight items may be subject to extra handling/shipping fees and will be assessed on an individual basis

Rates are for standard delivery only. Express or Expedited services will have an extra charge.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and AmericanExpress for on-line orders.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns:

There are no returns on food, so please make your selection carefully.

If we have made an error, please contact us and we will send you a FedEx pickup tag.

Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing: orders@cookbookcooks.com
