Our instructors include chefs from some of the best restaurants in Calgary, food professionals, and authors, as well as special guest chefs from across the country. Our spring season features Vikram Vij, Tahera Rawji, Hugh Carpenter, Karen Barnaby, Eric Akis, Francoise de Jong, Heidi Noble & Michael Dinn and Rockin' Ron Shewchuk. This fall we are thrilled to have David Adjey, Christine Cushing, Margaret Dickenson, Dominque & Cindy Duby and Tahera Rawji. You'll want to book early for these popular chefs!
